2017 Pride Parade Information
ABOUT THE WINDSOR-ESSEX PRIDE FEST PARADE
Our annual Parade will be held on Sunday, August 13, 2017 at 11:00am beginning at Ouellette Avenue & Elliot Avenue and proceeding through Downtown Windsor to the Riverfront Festival Plaza. The parade and festival have traditionally been attended by the LGBT community and their allies from Southwestern Ontario and Michigan. This year’s festival focuses on bringing all different segments and groups together to celebrate the accomplishments we have made in the Windsor-Essex region and Canada as a whole.
We believe Windsor-Essex a fantastic place to live and would love nothing better than to have everyone come down to watch. Gay, straight, whatever… we don’t believe in labels, BUT we do believe in everyone having a great time together.
We really do offer something for everyone, and this family-friendly event should not be missed. Grab brunch on a patio and watch the excitement stroll by, or better, round up some friends and be a part of this terrific event. See our registration info below if you want to know more about taking part.
