Auction Item Donation

Dear Windsor-Essex community,

We invite your business to become an “Auction Item Donor” of the Windsor-Essex Pride Fest, a five day celebration being held August 9-13, 2017 and celebrating its 25th anniversary. As you may be aware, our organization has planned a number of events that celebrate the unique culture and outstanding contributions of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Intersex, Queer, Questioning and Two Spirit (LGBTIQ2S) community as well as raise awareness of continuing issues affecting the community.
Since its humble beginning as a small march of about 100 people on Wyandotte Street back in 1992, the Windsor-Essex Pride Fest has become one of our community’s most anticipated cultural attractions. Now 25 years later, and approximately 5,000 visitors annually, The Windsor-Essex Pride Fest continues as a registered non-profit corporation to promote equality and diversity through a range of fun-filled events created for all to enjoy.
WE Pride Fest is more than just another festival, it’s a powerful statement of our regions commitment to equality and diversity as well as to strengthen the sense of community and contribute to the vibrancy, health and overall well-being of LGBTTQ people in Windsor-Essex. Your help ensures that this continues to be a number one priority for our community and your organization.
At this time, we would like to ask your business as one of our valued community partners, to consider donating an auction for this event which could include gift certificates, gift baskets, retail items, etc and help make the 2017 Windsor-Essex Pride Fest the most successful to date.
In return for your auction item donation you will receive the following:
- Company name listed on the donor insert page of the “Festival Event Program” (5,000 printed pieces)
- Business listing with hyperlink on for 1 year
- Company name recognition on sponsor page of
Thank you for your consideration of our auction item request and we hope you will support the Windsor-Essex Pride Fest and the LGBTIQ2S community in our region.
