PRIDE SIP & STRETCH with Craig Ramsay

The ultimate experience that pairs stretching & imbibing! This movement event is led by our 2023 Ambassador of Pride, stretch expert, and Amazing Race Canada winner Craig Ramsay and is for anyone of legal drinking age, athletic experience, and exercise abilities!

Finally, a fun fitness class that will take you on a journey of wine tasting paired with corresponding stretches. You heard right, drink and stretch at the same time! Taste then move to the mat and stretch. Light wines, light stretches. Full body wines, full body stretches!

Arrive 15- 20 minutes early to secure your space and tasting glasses. Bring your friends or come solo and make new friends.

Proceeds from this event benefit Windsor-Essex Pride Fest and its programs.
