Pride Festival Event Schedule
Come and join us again aboard the Windsor River Cruise Ship, "The Macassa Bay" for the 9th annual Spritz Boat Cruise and get ready for a boat load of fun with DJ Kevin Bailey, special performances by Detroit's own Bentley James and Windsor's Hawaii Goodvibes, door prizes, cash bar and food also available.
Tickets are $30 in advance and $36 at the gate.
Boat Cruise Afterparty to be held at Club Sanction located at 783 Wyandotte Street East with delicious food and specialty cocktails.

Proceeds from this event benefit the George Hannah Red Memorial Scholarship at St. Clair College.
In celebration of 2018 Windsor-Essex Pride Fest, you are invited to join us for the annual tradition that kicks off our festival each year, this symbolic ceremony brings to light why our annual festival of diversity is so important.
The ceremony begins at City Hall Square to celebrate the official opening of the Windsor-Essex Pride Fest weekend, featuring guest speaker Mayor Drew Dilkens along with Windsor-Essex Pride Fest Board of Directors, local dignitaries, community leaders, allies, supporters and our LGBTIQ2S community as we come together to show their support for this important community, cultural and tourist attraction in Windsor and Essex County.
Hosted by 93.9FM’s own Dan Macdonald, exciting artists that will be performing on stage include Windsor’s own Bigg Wiggle, Chappus & Neuman and many more. The event will also feature a cash bar, food and merchant vendor marketplace, activities and much more. Over 30+ vendors will have everything from apparel to gifts, art to food and beverage.
Windsor-Essex Pride Fest will host ‘MARKETPLACE” as part of its five day annual festival in August. 11:00am until 8:00pm, at Lanspeary Park on Ottawa Street.
This event will also feature live art classes, musical performances by Carli Thomas (London) 5:30pm-6:30pm and Mae James (Detroit) 6:30pm – 8:00pm.
Kids Zone play area features the Home Depot craft area, arts tent, inflatable bouncy castles and other features including face painting, balloon animals, Windsor Fire & Rescue Truck.
With over 30+ vendors with tents full of unique products sold by individual market vendors. Come down and browse the variety of clothing, food & beverage, accessories, jewelry, natural bath products, home décor, non-profit organizations and much more.

Glitterball is the official afterparty which takes place Saturday, August 11.We welcome you to join us for what promises to be a liberating night to celebrate all things queer in Windsor-Essex.
Climb the stairs and feast your eyes on a world of glitter and sparkly surprises. Expect a diverse mix of music from DJ Josh Karmin as well as special performances from Bentley James (Detroit), Juicebox (Toronto), XTay Love (Toronto) and many more.
Celebrating its 26th year, our annual Parade will be held on Sunday, August 12 at 11:00am beginning at Monmouth Road and proceeding down Ottawa Street to Lanspeary Park near Langlois Avenue. The parade and festival have traditionally been attended by the LGBTIQ2S community and their allies from Southwestern Ontario and Michigan. This year’s festival focuses on bringing all different segments and groups together to celebrate the accomplishments we have made in the Windsor-Essex region and Canada as a whole.
After the parade, join Detroit's own Sabin as the official MC for Pride Day!
The day will have special performances of " GUYS & DOLLS" by Art Collective Theatre, exciting artists such as the Sarah Smith Band (London) and Nikki & The Dirty Elizabeths (Michigan), Deviants An The Odd Man Out (Port Hope), special drag performances by Jezabel (Toronto), Ariel Attack (Windsor), Geena Hayze (Windsor) and another one of Windsor's hometown girl’s Haiwaii Goodvibes and rapping up the day with mixes by our own DJ Mankind.
The event will also feature a cash bar, food and merchant vendor marketplace, activities and much more.
Over 30+ vendors will have everything from apparel to gifts, art to food and beverage.
A donation of $2.00 at the gate would be greatly appreciated by the Windsor-Essex Pride Fest to help fund the cost of the event.
