Pride festivities continue throughout weekend

The Windsor Essex Pride Festival continues Saturday with the Family Fun Day.

The day-long event is being held at the Riverfront Festival Plaza.Face painting, theatre, crafts and inflatables are all part of the festivities.PHOTOSPride flagThere is also entertainment this evening at the plaza as part of Pride’s Carnevale.The Pride Festival kicked off earlier this week and culminates Sunday with the Pride parade.The parade begins at 11 a.m. at Ouellette Avenue and Elliot Avenue and will proceed through Downtown Windsor to the Riverfront Festival Plaza.
