Since our humble beginning in 1992 as a small march of about 100 people in Windsor back in 1992, Windsor-Essex Pride Fest has become one of our community’s most anticipated cultural attractions and continues to promote equality and diversity through a range of entertainment, cultural, artistic, and educational events created for all to enjoy.

This year, we are proud and excited to announce that the Windsor-Essex Pride Fest will be held August 7-9, 2026 at our home in Lanspeary Park on Ottawa Street for the main festival.

Windsor-Essex Pride Fest continues to be a dynamic non-profit organization that facilitates opportunities for connection and belonging through our year-round social programs, workshops and events in Windsor-Essex while contributing to the vibrancy, health and well-being of 2SLGBTQIA+ residents in Windsor-Essex and as a result, strengthening the community overall.

Vendors are defined as individuals, businesses or organizations that sell or distribute handicrafts, goods, services, or information for profit, exposure or promotion.

All prospective vendors, whether new to Windsor-Essex Pride Fest or returning, must complete our online vendor application form below. After the forms has been received, we will follow up with an email so that we can confirm payment.

We look forward to seeing you at the Windsor-Essex Pride Fest this year!
