Pride Tea Dance

PRIDE is bringing back a bit of tradition, the PRIDE TEA DANCE!

On Saturday, August 1, 2026 from 2::00pm – 7:00pm, we’re throwing this FREE EVENT with our friends at Windsoreats located at 400 Erie Street East, so come out, dance, enjoy some great company, food or a beverage and have fun! This is an all-ages event!!!

A PRIDE TEA DANCE is a celebration rooted in 2SLGBTQIA+ history. Originating in the early 20th century and reimagined by the queer community, tea dances became a joyful way to gather, dance, and connect, especially when nightlife wasn’t always accessible or safe. Now? They’re a fabulous part of Pride culture, and we’re introducing this as an official event of the 2025 Windsor-Essex Pride Fest.
