Windsor's Pride Fest kicked off Tuesday with the raising of the flag in Charles Clark Square — the launch of a string of events that some attendees say gives them a sense of self and a feeling of community.
After a hiatus of a couple years due to the pandemic, the annual Windsor-Essex Pride Fest returns with a series of events scheduled this week throughout the local area.
Like so many of Windsor and Essex County’s favourite annual summer events, the Windsor-Essex Pride Fest (WEPF) is back with gusto and ready to celebrate this August.
Windsor Essex Pride Fest welcomed members of the public to its office on Ottawa Street Thursday to mark the Ontario Trillium Foundation's $80,1000 in funding from the Resilient Communities Fund.
